1. Purpose

These terms govern the hiring of MASSARI CARS services (import, rescue of stuck vehicles, domestic purchase and sales management) and the online reservation.

2. Quote and price

Website calculations are indicative. The final quote, with fees and costs, is sent in writing and is valid for the period it states. Taxes, duties and third-party costs (customs, transport, insurance, homologation, inspection, registration) are passed on to the client as per the quote.

3. €500 reservation

The €500 reservation confirms your interest and lets us start studying your case. It is deducted from the final amount of our fees. If we cannot start the work for reasons attributable to MASSARI CARS, it is refunded in full.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and contract at a distance, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving reasons. If you ask us to start the service within that period, you must pay the proportional part of the service already provided. To exercise it, write to massaricarsvlc@gmail.com.

5. Timelines

The target time for the vehicle to reach the Spanish port is 30 days from confirmation of the purchase and receipt of the agreed amounts. Delays due to causes beyond MASSARI CARS’s control (shipping lines, customs, weather or other third-party events) are excluded. Customs, homologation, inspection and registration times depend on each case.

To provide truthful and complete documents and pay the agreed amounts on time.
